Peace to all, Malaysia once again proved they are fierce enough to once again defend the gold medal at the 2011 SEA Games football competition. Although given a strong enough pressure by the host of Indonesia but the Young Tigers squad Ong Kim Swee operating successfully dismissed all these obstacles & once successful football crown as king of Malaysia in Southeast Asia. Congratulations Malaysia!

Most Talented Artist From Borneo

I was so impressed by the paintings produced by a young artistfrom the island of Borneo named Azmi Ag Ag Bakar, better known as Apek. His paintings are very artistic and attractive as well ashigh artistic value. Apek also represented Malaysia in the last art exhibition in the USA and Japan. He was also very active in exhibitions, expositions and art competitions. In addition, he is also skilled in the art of painting and photografi. He also hopes to go far in the field of painting, and he still loves art and making it as he likes.

My Bank Cards

This is my bank cards since 8 years I've become a bank card holder. I just have three bank cards and I think I want add one more card hehe. How about yours? Are you have more bank cards than me? I think the limit for one person is just three bank cards because if we hold many cards it'll be more difficult to us to control our budget & probably make us burdened with debt. Giant Lizard

I was on holiday on the island recently. The island is Sapi Island that located in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. During a stroll around the island, I saw the Komodo Lizard. This lizard is very big than normal lizards & according to tour operators on the island, this lizards are widely exist in the area of the island. It's amazing when you can see this Komodo Lizard because you'll feel like on Madagascar Island:-)

Thesis Sacrifice

First semester break kicks off. Now all my house mates has gone back to their home. Hmmm ... I'm alone in here. But never mind because I have the mission to be performed. Mission of bearing the weight, but also for the future of me. The mission is preparing a thesis that has been entrusted to complete. Actually the time given to make this thesis a bit long but I just want to start preparing this thesis, because I want to relax & enjoy the next semester! I look forward to completing this thesis and I will try during this semester break to complete the thesis. Let me not to come home & I will not return as long as the thesis is not ready. Hopefully I managed to complete a thesis that & get a degree when I graduated at the university.

Oh God, please give me a strength to complete this thesis...

I've not been to New Zealand but I've got a special gift from one of my lecturers who will continue her studies in the PhD at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. I hope she will succeed in bringing the title of doctor of philosophy. I will not forget all the services she educate me.

How To Eliminate Body Fatness In Just Two Weeks?

I have read in a someone's blog about weight loss & I am attracted to a process which is said to be very helpful in managing & restore their body fat. The process is called ketosis. Ketosis is a process of burning carbohydrates for energy. Originally our body will burn fat for energy, but due to loss or diminution of fat in the body, the body finally had to burn carbohydrates instead. This process has several signs of poor appetite & dizziness. For anyone who wants to lose weight should try a diet that allows the process of ketosis is valid. I also now in the process of ketosis is the body and I hope I can be skinny as ever hehe .. Oh yes, to make this process should prevent the rice & any food containing carbohydrates. However we can still eat foods that contain carbohydrates, but must be in the low quantity of carbohydrates. The sound is not very difficult because almost all our daily food consists of carbohydrates, but we must keep our bodies from disease such as obesity. Good luck!

The Bagang

Discoveries to bagang very interesting, actually bagang is a ship or large fisherman boats equipped with lights & a big purse on the left & right to catch fish. Not only fish but other marine life such as squid, crabs & sea snakes will also be caught in the nets. Bagang lot located on the east coast of Sabah, Malaysia. It is located deep in the ocean or in the sea. Bagang construction costs can swallow up to 50,000 dollars, but the catch of bagang can reach up to 40,000 dollars a day! Indeed, business or fishing bagang technique can lead to very lucrative profits. For me, we can sample fresh seafood at the fish or squid bagang because that appears above the water surface due to impressed with the available light can be arrested and continue to cook. You can also experience the bagang this, it's exciting and interesting.

The Beautiful Wallpaper

On a day when I attempted to surf the Internet looking for interesting wallpaper for my laptop. I suddenly thought to look for the appropriate wallpaper with Windows 7 because people are busy to say about the sophistication & beauty of the new windows. I found a wallpaper that is beautiful & can be confusing people. I continue to put wallpaper on my laptop & was it really such a beautiful view of the lush flora. I laugh when my friends thought that my laptop is using Windows 7 despite the fact that I did not use it. I still use the wallpaper is up now & you can also get their own or seek a wallpaper is a beautiful wallpaper on the internet.

Traditional Food of Borneo

I had the opportunity to experience a traditional food of Borneo at home during my lectures. Foods that are called by the name of 'Buras' or 'Burasak' & it is a kind of rice mixed with salt and coconut milk. It is cooked by boiling. I asked my lecturer for ways to make the food & this is how to do it:

Ingredients:

1kg of rice

1 large grated coconut and coconut milk taken

Salt to taste

Packaging materials:

Top banana leaves (green)

Banana leaf (green)

Ways to cook:

1. Clean the rice with clean water and drained.

2. Heat the milk to a boil. When boiling reduce heat.

3. Add salt (not much, just the style). When the milk has changed color slightly, extinguish the fire. Pour hot milk into the rice while stir. Remember! not too much.

4. Rice let a little slow but flat.

This food is delicious eaten with soy sauce chicken. It is very nice & I like the food itself. You can also try the food, based on recipes that have been given earlier. Good luck & good eating.

WWII Memorial

Peace to all ... Recently, I & my friends went to a place called the Kundasang War Memorial. It is located in Sabah, Malaysia. It is one place that is reminiscent of the Allied struggle against the Japanese in World War II past. This place is really beautiful & lovely in the landscape. While there I felt like being in a foreign country or like being in London hehehe ... To all of you, you will experience considerable satisfaction when visiting this place :-)

The Story of Cici

I had been keeping a hamster named Cici. Hamsters that I bought at a Sunday market. That hamster is brown colour &it's very quite cute. Her body is fat also. She likes to eat corn & sunflower seeds. It is also fun to eat & it was like biting the iron cage. Unfortunately, a few years ago she had gone after I save it in a bucket in the toilet. I'm not sure how it can be lost but I doubt it was stolen. I feel very sad & I will not likely see her again. Now it is just a distant memory. However, I also find it difficult to keep the hamster was because I was forced into town to buy food and I had to watch sometimes because she likes to bite the iron cage. Hmmm...I still miss Cici forever.....

Through My Window

I often see the view from the window of the dormitory, to see the forest & the captivating natural beauty. I feel calm even though I was often alone in the room. Looking at the current & motorcycle away. The twilight atmosphere that I can see here are beautiful. I went back to the past, look back memories of first entry to university. There are many stories, I smiled to myself when thinking of it. Time for me to enjoy the view from the window is getting shorter because I would leave this university as well as hostels & when they fall due. Window that always accompany me in the quiet period and I will remember it until whenever. We have a lot of memories, especially while in the hostel, along with excitement with friends, with their laughter & fun with them difficult. We will not be able to go back to the time when it is over, so we must enjoy & appreciate the unlimited time before we move further into the future...
