I have read in a someone's blog about weight loss & I am attracted to a process which is said to be very helpful in managing & restore their body fat. The process is called ketosis. Ketosis is a process of burning carbohydrates for energy. Originally our body will burn fat for energy, but due to loss or diminution of fat in the body, the body finally had to burn carbohydrates instead. This process has several signs of poor appetite & dizziness. For anyone who wants to lose weight should try a diet that allows the process of ketosis is valid. I also now in the process of ketosis is the body and I hope I can be skinny as ever hehe .. Oh yes, to make this process should prevent the rice & any food containing carbohydrates. However we can still eat foods that contain carbohydrates, but must be in the low quantity of carbohydrates. The sound is not very difficult because almost all our daily food consists of carbohydrates, but we must keep our bodies from disease such as obesity. Good luck!
